Wondering if this is possible

I’m looking to see if there’s already an available plugin or if it would be possible to create a randomizer that would pull a random combination from three datasets (or more). Essentially, with one click, the randomizer would spit out one item from columns A, B, and C. The catch is, I need there to be a way to filter out items in those columns before the randomizer chooses. For example, if I choose input 1 on question 1, 2 out of 10 items in column A get filtered out, so the randomizer shouldn’t pick from those at all. Would this be something where I’d need my datasets to reflect each input (i.e. create columns D-Z with different variables) or is there a way to simply disregard certain items in those columns? I’m absolutely not a programmer, so please explain to me like I’m 10!
