WONDERFUL SUPPORT!

This morning I downloaded WP Symposium Pro to install on my site. Never having set up any kind of forum/social site I was unsure of how long it would take. During the set up I decided that I needed to purchase and install the Extensions package to get all the functionality I wanted. I worked for a few hours and finally admitted to myself that I just couldn’t do everything I wanted to do alone. Just as I was about to text the support desk via their online chat box , I received a text from Robert asking if I needed help. I was able to contact him via Skype and he walked me through everything I needed to do so my site worked perfectly! He is patient, gives clear instructions and has a great sense of humour. Not only is my site up and running beautifully I’ve learned so much! Great product and great service!
