Wonderful plugin with multiple use

Its a wonderful plugin. My requirement was bit complicated. Pradeep customized the plugin for me and its working perfectly fine.

I was stuck when supervisor was able to assign tickets only to the support agents.

But Pradeep customized the plugin and now supervisor is able to assign ticket to contributors, editors, authors, subscribers and all the roles that are create by me.
