Wonderful plugin. Is possible to adapt to existing site structure?

    Hi,
    Nice plugin, super lightweight and fast.
    I’d like to use it on an existing blog that was created with the following markup:

    <h2>Title to show in the content</h2>

    Is there a way I can make this plugin work with it?
