2017 Dec 4: Suddenly, all my markers disappeared on one of my maps. Dylan took a look and quickly found the problem — for some reason a box became unchecked! Love this product and the excellent service if I ever have a problem.
From Jan 2016:I have the pro version and use it on a few sites. Recently, I created a map from our town’s street and park tree inventory. I wanted users to be able to select various tree species and just see them. I couldn’t figure out how to do it so emailed their support. Within a day I received a straightforward and useful email that told me how to accomplish this. Now all is well.
