Wonderful if you like your own IP blocked…

  • …suddenly and with no warning, if I’m coming in on a rather std NBN IP address in Aus this rubbish plugin denies access.

    Put the whitelist in and still nada. Just junk.

    Nah still. Rubbish. Turned it off again as legitimate traffic being blocked and clients thinking the site has a virus.

    Which is you know just not the right thing.

    Error they are getting is anti-crawler protection kicked in for their IP.

    They are using a VPN…which many of us do now.

    As I can see the main issue is the option Anti-Crawler.

    Could you disable it in the plugin settings?
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> untick Anti-Crawler —> Save Changes

    That should solve the problem. Did it help you?
