Wonderful functionality, great support from author!

I have tried out many of the best-reviewed plugins that deal with adding tabbed elements to pages and have found that most tabs plugins seem to follow that similar patterns of all other plugins: Either it is a paid plugin that claims to do exactly what you need to with provided support and simplicity of use; or it isn’t really worth using.

I am very happy to report that Tabby tabs does NOT follow this same formula! The free version of the plugin is blessedly simple (it only adds two shortcodes, one to begin the tab elements and another to end them). Despite the simplicity, it “just works” in a way that many others did not.

Moreover, if you WOULD like more customization or features, the author has also provided a pair of paid addons to the plugin that would serve to only enhance the already near-perfect experience.

I did have a little trouble getting it to work at first, but I blame that on the ancient theme that I am locked into using on my site. The plugin developer responded to my support request (despite my using the free version) within minutes and provided very helpful service.

If you are in the market for a plugin to simply manage tabbed elements on pages and are able to type shortcodes, this is definitely the plugin for you!
