Won auctions not going to cart

    We are getting multiple emails this week that people are getting the email that they have won auctions, but when the click on the Pay Now button, it is going to their cart and saying the cart is empty.

    If I update the auction plug in within Word Press, will I get this updated version? I have never installed anything from a downloaded file on my website before. I am not knowledgeable in these things and do my best just to keep the website running with my limited knowledge.

    You can update from your Site’s Admin Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
