@oramirez Sadly No, nobody helped me not the theme support nor the plugin author, I’m kinda disappointed, thanks for reminding me of leaving a bad review.

@alirashidy I am as same as you. I wrote to developer but he never answer.

What about if we uninstall the plugin? The theme would work properly?

@oramirez I think it will break the theme, it would be better if you made a 1-star review with the issue, this way they will pay some attention.

I have contacted many people who reportedly have this issue, and each time it’s the same deal: I ask for credentials so I can login on their server and debug this issue there. Nobody has replied allowing us access, so we can’t fix it.
I can’t replicate this and I tried it on multiple hosts, with multiple PHP versions etc.
Until someone grants us access on their server to actually investigate what goes on on a site that faces this problem there’s nothing I – or anyone else – can do.
I can’t fix what I can’t see.
If one of you allows us access to their server, we’ll be able to fix this.

Hey, @aristath I appreciate the effort, but I sent you the credentials and I even left a reply asking if you were able to fix it but you didn’t respond at all, please check your email!

unfortunately, I moved my website to a Cyberpanel hosting and can’t access file manager, I’ll try to provide the credentials you need in 1-2 days, I hope @oramirez can grant you access to his server to help you fix this issue.

Has anyone sent any credentials this week? If someone did I can’t find an email for that.
If someone decides to send credentials so we can debug this issue properly please let me know.

Version 3.1.0 was released just a few minutes ago, and the fonts downloader was completely refactored.
Please try updating to that version and let me know if that version fixes this… This should no longer be an issue.
