I have problem with plugin combination “wocommerce subscription” and “wocommerce subscription downloads”. In my case, i have over 500 downloadable items for my subscription. after the subscription time is expired, when the user trying to re-subscribe, on the “check out page” instead of displaying only a single “subscription product” it displays all the 500 downloadable items that makes the server time out.

this beacuse all downloadable items for subscriber are automatically added into cart, I guess.

how to fix the issue? i just want to display a single “subscription product” for renewal subscription, not the whole downloadable items for subscriber.

From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce Subscriptions Downloads plugins. Specifically, when a user’s subscription expires and they attempt to re-subscribe, instead of showcasing a single subscription product for renewal, the system displays all 500 downloadable items, leading to a server timeout. You’re looking for a solution that will allow only the single subscription product to be displayed upon renewal, rather than the complete list of downloadable items.

Thanks for the response. I haven’t use this plugins in live version. I have to make sure that the plugins work as I expected, before purchasing both of them. I came here beacuse I thought there is such pre-purchasing support. I know it is not legal even I didn’t use them in live website, I will uninstall them all and trying another solution.
