this is a back-end issue and only occurs through the wp control panel

If I click on the orders page, it fails to load giving an error message saying *******cant handle this request.

if I deactivate most of the plugins it will work sporadically, when I reactivate the plugins none of them seem to cause a problem directly. once 2 or more are activate the error returns.

every other page seems to work ok EXCEPT…

when customers are making a purchase very often the website drops out and the sale is unsuccessful whether using the handepay plug on or paypal

    HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    update –

if i deactivate a plug-in, I can access the order page once!
if i navigate away or refresh, it wont load as second time

i then need to re-activate then deactivate any plug in to open it once again.

    Hi @chesh999

I understand that you are not able to load the orders page. When you do, you receive an error message that the request cannot be handled. Furthermore, you had to deactivate and reactivate core to get it loading, but that too is no longer working.

With that said, can you share the exact error message you are seeing?

Additionally, please also furnish us with your status report as found under “WooCommerce > Status” page so we can review your setup and look for potential red flags.

Finally, please grab the most recent fatal-error log from the “WooCommerce > Status > Logs” page too, so we can review that for any errors that might help us narrow down where the trouble is coming from.

    Cheers!

    Hi @chesh999

Based on the log you shared

2022-07-25T15:56:35+00:00 CRITICAL Out of memory (allocated 121634816) (tried to allocate 1060864 bytes) in

This error refers to the WordPress memory limit being exhausted: you will need to increase the current value WP Memory Limit: 256 MB

Here you can find instructions on how to do it: https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

You can also reach out to your web host so they can update this value for you.

The System Status report is incomplete so we cannot review the full list of details, however do let us know if increasing the memory works. If it does not, please share both the exact error message you get and the new System Status report.

    Hi @chesh999,

    looking better i think

Good to know it’s going better now. If you still need our assistance please share a full copy of your site’s system status since the one you submitted is truncated at the server environment.

When a large amount of code needs to be posted, like a system status report, it should be posted on a service such as Pastebin or Gist and linked in the post.

    Cheers.
