    Hi @neilthrussell,

When you say you’re unable to view the WooCommerce tab, do you mean the page is not loading, it is loading but it’s empty, or the tab is not showing at all?

If you have the MailPoet (free and Premium) and WooCommerce plugins enabled while troubleshooting, you should be able to access this tab.

Please confirm these 3 plugins are indeed enabled when using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot.

In the troubleshoot mode only those three plugins are enabled. MailPoet (free and Premium) and WooCommerce

The page appears to load, but displays nothing

    Hi @neilthrussell,

Thanks for the video, it helps a lot to understand what’s going on.

I can’t replicate it on a staging website, so I’d suspect it could be related to some of your settings or configuration.

    1) How many WooCommerce emails you have created?
    2) If you use the Inspect tool on the blank page, do you see any errors in the Console? For reference: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/console/log/

Thank you, @neilthrussell. We believe it could be a problem with one of your WooCommerce emails. If you have some incorrect configuration data for a WooCommerce email set up with MailPoet in your database, this could be causing the JS app to crash.

Could you please turn off the troubleshooting mode and check if any of your WooCommerce emails are corrupted or not working as expected?

    Hey @neilthrussell,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
