• Hi,

I migrated a site I was building on a staging account to my live domain.
Everything worked fine and the website looks and loads fine.

For some reason I cannot access the woo commerce setting page.
On IE I get a 500 error and on Chrome it redirects me to the home page?

I’m trying to access the woo commerce setting page so I can update the PayPal details.
    Can anyone offer any advice?

I’ve tried de-activating and reactivating woo commerce but it doesn’t work. One thing I have noticed is when I change my permalink structure I get a 404 error on chrome when its set to “Plain” and a redirect to the homepage when it set to “Post Name”. I don’t know if this is any help

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Check your site’s .htaccess file. How is your live domain hosted?

I tried that, I renamed the original and created a new one with default setting but Im getting the same issue.

It’s hosted with lethost they are an Irish based hosting company.

It seems that your .htaccess file is being ignored. Ask your host to take a look.

It’s not just woo commerce either, Other plugins will not open also.

When I click the plugin I get redirected to 404 page. Some of these plugins I have only just installed
