W&M Awethemes

I’ve purchased a WP theme from Themeforest called W&M from an author called Awethemes. We’ve successfully installed and updated the theme for our company. https://www.thinkoba.com. We’ve just noticed now for some reason when viewing in Chrome or Firefox the graphics will load, but when the user mouses over anything on the site the content will disappear. I’ve tried contacting the author but have had no response for almost two weeks. Is there a setting I’m missing or something simply that can be causing this issue?
