WL:Product Archive Layout not showing up in Shop page

    Hi all,

    I have little to no experience with web builders.
    Am using Woolentor with Woocommerce and Elementor free version.

    I have recently assigned a new page to my Woocommerce shop page, and added a few Woolentor widgets to this page including WL:Product Filter and WL:Product Archive Layout (Default), WL:Universal Product Layout.

    However, after I update the page, and view my shop page, everything shows except for the WL:Product Archive Layout portion.

    I have tried going into Woolentor settings and changing the Woolentor products archive template to the template that I created but it still does not show.

    Please help!! Would appreciate any help i can get :((

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us.

    We think you have modified the default Shop page directly using Elementor.

    This is not the proper way. You’ll need to create a template from the “Templates” menu first. Design the template as per your needs. Once the template is ready, assign the template from the WooLentor settings panel.

    If you are unable to do this, please create a ticket on our support website.
