WL: Product Video Gallery not showing upon preview

    Hello,

    I am using ShopLentor on my website. I am trying to use the WL: Product Video Gallery to display images of my product. I use Elementor to edit my website and whilst editing in Elementor and adding the widget, I am able to see the images. However, once I go to “preview” the website, the widget is not appearing.

    Any thoughts on what the issue is, and how to resolve?

    I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience you have experienced.

    Preview mode will not work perfectly. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Create a template for the single product page from ShopLentor > Template Builder Menu and set it as default.
    2. Then, check the product page.
