Wizard sticks at step 2

    Hi

    I have been unable to get past stage 2 of the wizard since yesterday

    The plugin updated overnight and just now I thought I would attempt it again. Still the same.

    put in UID and API Key and left default Vancouver.

    The plugin starts to run and keeps on running

    I have run the DYMetrix test on your help page but nothing happened

    Any ideas?
