Wizard not working

I have tried using your plugin on several installations but am not convinced so far. On none of my installations does even the setup wizard work. It just shows an empty window with no alternatives to choose from, one should be auto-configuration. The only available option is to return to dashboard. This has been an issue since over 6 months apparently since I tried it the first time. Any advice?
