Wix to WordPress

Sorry for my poor english, but…

Couple of days, I guess last Sunday, I intend to migrate from Wix to WordPress 4.1 and your system show me 69 posts that I could transfer.

I bought credits with your company for migrate, but now your system show me only 1 post to transfer.

Now, how can I do? I NEED to transfer this blog, please!
