    Hello,

    I have an issue with withdrawing page. It says that the withdraw cannot be proceed and it shows manager’s email. Could you tell me what I should do? I expected that it send an email automatically to manager.
    Also, I am not using the papypal and I want to enable bank account, The bank accounts have to have a special style?

  • @h4m1dreza – Please ensure that vendor has filled all the required bank details (vendor dashboard >> Store settings >> Billing). After that also if you face the issue, do let us know, we would definitely help you with that.
