with pre-order plugin

    Hi,

    I have your pre-order plugin and your custom order status. I would like to set every preorder to ON HOLD status. So my config is :

    Preorder Transition Status : ON HOLD

    Everything has NO CHANGE STATUS.

    Why it doesn’t work ? I didn’t create new status.

    Hi.

    Preorder Transition Status will only change when the preorder date arrives. Before that, the order status needs to be “Pre-ordered.”

    That is how the coding works because dates are set to that status.
