As stated on topic I realized that weird situation.
Is it a known and/or wanted behaviour or it’s just something I need to fix?
Just disabling particles on sliders, button link (the one on button url fields) start to working again as expected.

    Hello,

Temporary solution for you is to turn off particles on slider.
Go to: Customizing ? Slider ? Particles
    and turn it off.

    Hey, @jerryscg & @themevision
Unfortunately, I seem to be unable turn off the particles. They will not go away, no matter how many times I try to turn the feature off. It has been several months now with this issue, and it is becoming a tad bothersome, especially combined with the issue listed above. Thank you both, I greatly appreciate your time and energy on this matter. I happily await the update.

P.S. besides this, I absolutely love your theme.

    Hello,@moxykoxytoxymkt!

Which version of Agama theme do you use?

    (Current Version: 1.3.0, updated: July 27, 2017)

Because the problem with the button & particles has been resolved in last theme update.

Can you post a link to your website?

    Regards

    Hi @themevision
I am currently running version 1.0.6, using the Agama Blue, which says it is up to date.
    my link is: https://www.myheartiswriting.com/
Thank you so much for responding, I greatly appreciate it.

P.S. The place where I am having trouble is on my contact page, where the particles are not allowing anyone to type in the top portion of the information.

    Hello,@moxykoxytoxymkt!

I checked your site, and find, that you have enabled Particles on the header image, so, solution for you is to go to:
Customizing ? Header ? Header Image
and turn off the particles on the header image.
