With or without RAW shortcode

Hi!
If I put the next line into page:
[raw][sp-client-document-manager][/raw]
When I push the button UPLOAD show me the field “File Name” is required.
But if i put only the shortcode
[sp-client-document-manager]
I can upload files but I can’t see the files list.BROWSER: CHROME 25
WP VERSION: 3.5.1Can you help me?
