With mobile no option for credit card. Only PayPal

I am using PayPal donation button with choice of credit card or Paypal.
For desktop or Surface tablet I always get a window giving me a choice of payment, PayPal or credit card.When I use my mobile(windows phone), I apparently get redirected to a PayPal log in page which only gives choice of PayPal.I have tried with a different button also, get same result.Is this normal? I have a test site
