thanks @zoonini also for the info that the Plugin is not intended for live websites but only for users who want to test in advance future Gutenberg features.
I was not aware of this, the developer who changed the theme from the previous theme to Divi installed the plugin even if I do not know the reason.
So, I removed the plugin from the live website and the issue solved: edit page now (as disabling the plugin too) correctly show the post/page to edit. Thanks!

P.s.: I believe that many bad opinions on the plugin wrongly collect reviews of users believing that the plugin is Gutenberg editor. I believe you should call the plugin “Gutenberg Future Features Beta-Testers Plugin” or something that allow to understand that this plugin is just for that. We save time, developers do not get confused and you avoid bad reviews.
