Also, do you have the Jetpack VaultPress Backup plugin installed or the Jetpack Plugin?

Did you try to deactivate all plugins (except Jetpack/Jetpack VaultPress Backup plugin) and switch your site to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Two? If you haven’t done that, you can follow the steps here to do this without disturbing the site for visitors.
