• Trying to get WooCommerce up and running but when we activate Genesis Connect our pages show as blank. This includes both the WooCommerce pages as well as the additional pages we have on the site, with the exception of the home page.

When we deactivate it works fine again. Also FYI we are using Minimum Theme and we do have some mods to the CSS, don’t know if that could affect it.

  • Same problem here, I am using Genesis with the Tasteful theme.

I just found out why it was not working for me.
Since I wanted to publish the site, but the shop is not ready yet, I had saved all the WooCommerce pages as drafts (shop, cart, checkout and account).
By publishing these pages as private the problem disappeared and now all pages are fine.
