with a weber on sidebar form affected other widgets

installed this on genesis and placed it in primary sidebar at the top. But all of my other widgets were forced to appear at the bottom of the page right above the footer. So, I can only have the Genesis eNews on the right sidebar. Does anyone know what might be happenings so that all of the widgets appear below the Form.
