With a little customization the plugin will simply rock

Hi! Thanks for such a great plugin! I however want the following customization to fit to my tastes:
1. Show the button blow the price
2. Hide the calculator, just show the available shipping methods with radio buttons to select.
3. Enable custom shortcodes [shipping-method], [shipping-cost] and [shipping-country] to work in the button text area.
The output: This will show any customer the following output:
Exapmple: DHL to United States.
Clicking “DHL to United States” will open the rest of available shipping methods to choose from.
Sorry for a long thread, but any help would be highly appreciated. I am also willing to pay for the customization.
