Ok. The problem are two:
1 – with and without smoothstate your plugin works. The tables are seen. Whether you load the page from zero or even if you get there with the menu and then through smoothstate.
2 – the real problem now is the chart. I had problems because your plugin, young but beautiful, fails to transform this kind of tables in chart:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pwILfuHoAd3j_z5MpMWIZnBX_jDV0JdpSsDUfMRGci4/edit#gid=907086627
And then there’s the problem of the graph (if I take a table easier, like this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pwILfuHoAd3j_z5MpMWIZnBX_jDV0JdpSsDUfMRGci4/edit#gid=0) then through smoothstate has a strange operation:
If you load the page directly: nothing. If I click on another menu item and then go back to that page again through the menu and then through smoothstate then appears.
Example of what I say can be found here:

How to fix?
The graphics are not on the document ready function?
What do you mean when you say:
“On that page the JavaScript is not actually running, it is only loading.”
??
