Wishlist – Upload /wp-content folder

Loving the new features!
Would be nice to upload to root most folder but since there is nothing to right click for this folder there is no prompt I can find to upload say an uploads.zip when performing a migration. This along with wp migrate db would be a match made in heaven.
Also, not sure if this is a server side issue but sometimes I have trouble downloading a newly created archive with no errors and also sometimes on unzip I get permission errors even though group access is safe and allowed. Lastly, when archiving, downloading etc, a nice spinner gives the impression of something happening =)
