Wishlist page design layout issue

  • Hi YITH Plugin Support.,

    Great day. Thanks for the awesome plugin. I’ve used your plugin for the last 10+ years. Unfortunately, in the last 6 months, the wishlist page has not working fine as expected in the WPEngine server domain.

    I’ve checked with server side as well, there is no blocking css / js files from server end. Cleared all type caches as well. But still the page is not working well.

    Added some screenshots for your reference what exactly my issue was, hope it will help for you.

    Hi there,

    We hope you are having a great day.

    We checked your issue in our local site and we couldn’t replicate. Have you changed the configuration of the Wishlist page? Please, check the field and columns you are displaying. You can find the options in Wishlist >Settings > Wishlist Page. Try to save the options and check your wishlist.

    If the issue persists, please disable your plugins in order to only have WooCommerce and our plugin and check if anything changed.

    Let us know if at any point you were able to bring the elements back.

    Thanks for replying me back. I tried all the option that you’ve described here. But, no luck it still displaying as what I mentioned above.

    Actually, in local system it’s working fine. But, in the WPEngine server side the page is not loading and working well.

    Can you please check and let me know in the WPEngine server side.

    Hello there,

    Do all the installations count with the same installed plugins?

    Have you tried on the page where you have problems activating a default WordPress theme in 2023?

    Yes, I’ve tried and checked with default WordPress 2021, 2022, and 2023 theme. The page is still have a issue with my side.

    If, having everything disabled and activating a WordPress theme, the problem persists, unfortunately we cannot do anything on our end, since everything works correctly in our installattions. In that case, I recommend contacting WPEngine support in case there is anything that can be done from their side.

    Thanks for the response. I have spoken to the WP engine server as well. They also don’t know what was the exact issue. Finally, they informed the problem comes from the plugin side. That’s why I connected with you.

    Could you please check your plugin compatible with WP engine server as well and let me know the solution. Because using your plugin we have built and hosted 400+ themes in the WP engine server. If you addressed the issue it will be more comfortable for us.
