    we hope you’re doing well!

    I was able to reproduce the error on your site, but not on my installation.

    I recommend you perform the following tests:

    – check if there are no templates overwritten by our plugin in your theme. If that’s the case, delete/rename them to cancel them.
    – update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    – change to a default WP theme like 2023.
    – Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    Hi Juan,

    we are using woocommerce Version 6.8.2, wordpress 6.0.5 and your plugin Version 3.15.0. Is it an issue?

    Hello Dilan,

    You have quite old versions of our plugin, WP and WC, so we do not support these types of versions.

    Please update to the latest version and check if this solves the problem. And if it persists, try performing the steps I mentioned above.
