Wishlist item counter in top bar menu of website not working how to fix

Provide website url and what plugin are you using?

I am Using the Yith Wish list plugin.
problem:
1. when I add a product to the wish list but not the item count shows the number of products add successfully to the wishlist.

I am trying many code in functions.php but these are not working
