wishlist is working

Before wishlist is working fine.. but now suddenly Wishlist is not working.. When I click button add to wishlist I will get response that Product added! Browse Wishlist but in Wishlist page it is not added… the same for deleting the Wishlist also. I will get responce Product successfully removed. but it is not deleting, please let me know what is the issue.
