Thanks for your quick reply!

It is the wishlist module and from that, it is the button setting where you can:
“Show button in product list” – enabled
“Show button in single product page” – enabled
“Shop page button position” – Top on Image
“Product page button position” – After Image

I have increased the Z index of header but it still remains visible above the header.

You can solve the problem, simply by using the following CSS in the style.css file of your theme or in the customizer.

.wishsuite-shop-top_thumbnail {
z-index: 99;
}
