wishlist add to cart broken

Hey I am getting this too.

I have determined that somehow the wishlist code is interfering with my Add to Cart loop code (which I modified to add the quantity selector) and it is stripping only the First Row of it’s form element. The rest of the list works as expected.

Not sure what the deal is….. but I tested the old add to cart loop and it works fine, it just has a problem with the updated code.
