    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

Do you have the latest version of the plugin installed? Could you check if you have wishlist-view.php and share.php templates in wp-content/themes/your active theme/woocommerce/ ? If so, please try to remove/rename them to something else. Or try momentarily changing your theme to a default WordPress theme such as 2022 and check if the problem persists, since in my installation those strings already have an Italian translation. I’m sending you a screenshot so you can see:

    Have a nice day!

    Hello,

Yes we have the latest version of the plugin installed. We have wishlist-view.php and share.php templates in our wp-content/themes/your active theme/woocommerce/.

I renamed them and translation did work. I’ve made changes directly on php file. Sharing to Facebook and email doesn’t work. In this moment I have disabled it at all and left just possibility to copy and paste the link.

Have you any ideas how I can fix sharing?

    Hello!
    I’ve resolved the problem partially:

Sharing to Facebook and email still doesn’t work. In this moment I have disabled it at all and left just possibility to copy and paste the link.

Have you any ideas how I can fix sharing?

    Thank You!

    Hello there,
    sorry for the delay.

We had reviewed your site at the time and at least we could share your wish list via facebook, so we don’t exactly understand why it doesn’t work for you. Something that could be modifying something is the overwriting of templates, but you have told us that you have already eliminated the ones you had.

If it still doesn’t work, could you try momentarily switching to a default WordPress theme like 2022? and if the problem persists, try leaving only active WooCommerce and our theme.

You can do all of this on a test site if you want. You can easily create one with the WP Staging plugin. Then, you can share the link of your staging with the active sharing option so that we can review it again.

We will be attentive to any news.

    Best regards.
