    Sarah,

    Thanks for developing such an awesome plugin which after a week and a half of beta testing various membership plugins with compatible available membership listings, this provides us exactly what our members would expect. We were on a Durpal-6 site, way past time to move to WordPress.

    We are using WP Members plugin for our membership database, imported our 450 member roster with 24 fields using the “Import users from CSV with meta” plug in. Amazingly, it all works.

    Some things on my wish list to make your plugin even more awesome…

    1. When using the horizontal layout, it would be awesome if we could stack two or more meta fields into the same column, just as the address fields can be all placed into one column. We’ve got a lot of data about our members, and our theme doesn’t give us the width we need to list things like class year, major, sport, etc., while we still need to display other info like spouse, career field, etc.

    2. I can’t get the user-registered meta field to display. And I’d really like to just display as M/D/Y vice the format of the meta field. It’s in the wp_users table, not the wp_usermeta table. It’s a cherished piece of info about our members.

    3. I think this has been mentioned before…. I have one meta field “Show me/Hide me on the roster” .. for now, I manually hide people by hiding users with the subscriber role and making their role “subscriber.” Contributor, Author or Editor show up in the list. It would be great if the hide capability could be done a meta field so that it is an instant change for the viewer.

    Do you have some horizontal layout examples I can look at? Trying to figure out if this plugin can work for me. Saw the add-on feature but it didn’t come with examples. Thanks in advance..

    Great to hear you have found DUD useful, and I appreciate your suggestions!

    I’m planning to release a couple more add-ons this year, including one which allows you to filter out members based on a show/hide meta field.

    After that, I plan to make some improvements to the Horizontal Layout. I like the idea of providing the ability to stack fields in a column on the Horizontal Layout and will add it to my list.

    The Date Registered request is a little more site-specific, as I have not received any previous requests to show this field. But I can be hired to make this customization for your site, if needed.

    Hi Sarah,

    Love the plugin. thank you for making needed functioanlity.

    I’m wondering if you plan to add ajax/search as you type capability to the plugin.

    Also, it would be nice to have the option to turn the phone numbers into clickable links. Microsoft Edge already does this but all other browsers leave phone numbers alone. This comes in handy when looking at the directory list from a mobile device.
