• Hello!

First of all: awesome plugin! I love its simplicity – but I think it has one, big flaw and that is the removal of residual styling.

I definitely want to use the default CSS as all the functionality is in place – but I want to be able to alter it with the rest of my css. I don’t want to use the “menu theme” (I think it’s really frustrating to click when I can just code). I would prefer not to use the “custom css”-box as I want all of my CSS in one place – in the theme’s stylesheet file, that is.

So right now I’m just putting !important everywhere. And as I’m also using woocommerce’s shortcodes within the textwidget in a Mega Menu, I have to re-type a lot of Woocommerce CSS just to make the shortcode behave as it should.

So – being able to choose if the residual styling should be removed or not would be a BIG plus.

    Hi Erika,

Please try unchecking the “Reset Widget Styling” in the menu theme. The only elements that MMM CSS will target will be actual menu items.

However, if you have li’s or ul’s in your widgets then there will now be a good chance that they will pick up styling from your original theme menu CSS.

    Regards,
    Tom
