Wish all plugins were this easy

As someone very new to maintaining my own website, I ask questions about plugins I want to have and the answers to most of my questions are still way over my head. Not so with this plugin and the support for it. I have sent emails, and to my surprise, received prompt replies, easy to understand explanations, and no impatience with my lack of knowledge. Installing this plugin and actually seeing it work on my website has been a HUGE confidence builder. I only have the free version right now, but will be upgrading to the premium version as soon as I can, and will definitely be looking for more ways, from this developer, to continually improve my website.
