wise chat pro wouldn’t allow upload pictures

    Hi,
    Perhaps anyone here is using wise-chat pro plugin and encountered the same problem of not being able to upload photos? It kind of almost finishes the upload and then comes up with the message ‘An unknown error occurred’? I went through the creator’s support thread, but no solution or even the actual cause is to be found, so I thought I will give it a go here…
    If the file is too big it would come up saying it’s too big if was to upload any unsupported format it would come up saying exactly that, but with photos, it’s just ‘Unknown error occurred’…

    Since that is a commercia plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
