    Hi,

    It seems that you have chosen “wire transfer” as payment mode then in this case when someone wins an auction then he would receive a congratulatory email with wire transfer details.

    I have won several test auctions and haven’t yet relieved an email the next day, will it not work on a local server or without any paypal data added?

    Does your local server has SMTP installed? I’ve seen users not receiving emails on local site. It would work on web host sites. If SMTP works fine, check spam messages for email.
