No, the plugin only records the winner and keeps that record. (in premium)

For transparency reasons it was not implemented.

Is there an export option? I can always export and add the names to a picker generator

In the free version you have the View Tickets table, but there is no export functionality, only in the premium version.

You can use the table raffleplaywoo_main to extract the tickets.
