Windows server – can't find dump path even though correct

    Haven’t been able to get this working on a Windows server at my host for quite some time. Used to work. Now is saying it can’t find the paths to dump or mySql even though the paths are correct. Confirmed paths with my host.

    If I turn on debug I get:
    Warning: system() [function.system]: Unable to fork […wwwroot/wp-content/backup-db/wp-dbmanager.bat > NUL] in …\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\wp-dbmanager\wp-dbmanager.php on line 224

    My gut is some sort of permissions issue shelling out to mySql to perform the backup, but not sure.
