Windows Media Player Plugin

I have quite a problem that I dont quite know how to resolve. I am part of an online radio station, and I have the shoutcast- plugin installed. I have been able to embed windows media player in the sidebar. However, having multiple pages, users browsing through the page have reload the whole page when they are clicking around the links. I have received many reports saying that its quite annoying to have to wait for the page to reload again to continue listening to the programs

I have thought of two possible solutions, which i don’t really know how to implement.
1.) Including the entire sidebar in an iFrame, or
2.) Making a tweak to the code that would not call on the sidebar once it has been loaded.

in other words, i would like to have my listeners not have to open another window to listen, or need to have interruptions during live broadcasting. Please help
