Windows IIS MySQL

We′ve installed Gravity Forms for a new site in a Linux development server (https://smcint.sitiosg4.net:8080). Here everything works well, conversions on forms are correctly creating leads in SaleSforce. We our now testing the site in the production environment which is Windows IIS + MySQL and are seeing that in this producion environment, lead are not being created in Sales Force. My question is how to get around this issue. The production site is with Arvixe.
