Window Will Not Open

I must be senile because I have loved and used and demonstrated your EFB for 4 years but now I am not getting it to work.
And I know this is going to be stupid.
Two images on this page are my example:

Running WP v3.9 with EFB V. 1.5.6
The EFB settings are default.
I added the using Gallery. The links are to Media File.
Help!!!
