window popup don’t work en live but in dev yes

Hello Nastia (@wpmudev-support9), thank you very much for your prompt response, I made clean tests cahes and I still do not see it but I noticed that I do not see the popup but other people who just saw the site and from other places, what do you think is the problem?

Hope you’re well.

Did you try in the incognito window or different browser? When I check your settings screenshots looks like your “Additional Settings” > “After pop-up close” set to “No longer show this message across the site”. So if you close the popup on your site, it set to cookie and will not show you the popup for next 365 days.

Hi Oguz Thank you very much for your response, I did the test in incognito mode in chrome and if the popup was shown correctly only once, when closing it it was not shown again. This because it happens? and what can I do to always show even if they close the popup?
