Window for Editing Text Fields very small

Hi currently when I go to edit a longer text field and click on it, the edit window defaults to just two lines long. Since I have text fields with longer product descriptions that can easily run to 15-20 lines long, it is tedious to resize the window each time, especially because various actions like hitting “enter” makes the whole thing close and you have to start over. I’m constantly fighting with this, since this is the field that we most often have to edit in bulk.

Is there a way to have the default edit window be 10 lines? or ideally to match max number of lines of text that already exist in that field?
